A supportive and inclusive SEN school in Soham, is seeking a qualified English Teacher to join their team. They are flexible on full-time or part-time hours, and the position is term-time only (39 weeks including 5 inset days) and permanent.
About the Role:
- Inspire and Engage: Develop and implement engaging and creative lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of your students.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the development of our curriculum and shaping learning experiences.

About You :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
- Experience teaching English at KS3 and above, with the ability to deliver basic skills in other subjects.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a disciplined yet nurturing environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to create engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Ability to assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding, equal opportunities, and promoting student well-being.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support the school's ethos and policies.
