About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Post-16 PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) Teacher to join our team for a temporary one-term position. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with PMLD.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each student.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
