?? Job Summary:

As a Sales Advisor, you will work alongside the Store Manager and the rest of the team to exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will actively engage with customers, strive to exceed their expectations, and promote our client's products. �?

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and actively sell products to meet sales targets.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations, creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Stay informed about our client's products through training and self-learning.
  • Maintain excellent store standards, including display, point of sale, and housekeeping.
  • Follow tasks directed by management and ensure the security of cash, stock, and premises.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Help maintain accurate store stock file and assist with auditing.
  • Occasionally open or close the store when required. ?

�? Key Skills and Experience:

  • Customer-focused, with a drive to succeed financially.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and able to plan own work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and email/internet.
  • Positive outlook and demeanour, with an interest in our client's brand and products.
