Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council for a Senior Business Support Officer to supervise the Business Support team, ensuring day to day activities undertaken support the needs of the departments and enable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage mailbox's, ensuring all referrals are managed and well organised, ensuring a timely response to all incoming emails, maintaining a 24-48 hour response time.
  • Collation of data to ensure local information on local IR sponsors is up to date
  • Collaboration with external providers, DWP, NHS and local recruitment organisations across the county to keep up to date with current job vacancies.
  • Management of signposting information, ensuring information on local stakeholders and referral information is current and up to date.
  • Management and maintenance of the International Recruitment Zone App (requirement of the regional programme), with local information sources
  • A critical element for displaced IR workers to independently seek help around employment, training and other useful resources.
  • Collect, organise and maintain accurate data to inform monitoring and performance reporting to DHSC
