Staffline is recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator to work in Alconbury.

The rate of pay is:
- Day Shift £12.49 per hour

Overtime is available after working 48 hours and paid at:
- Day shift £15.61 per hour

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work a 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off shift pattern (Sun-Wed, Sun-Tue), with additional overtime available but not mandatory.

The shifts for this position are:
- 7am to 7pm
or
- 8am to 8pm

This is a full-time role, and full-time availability is expected.

Your Time at Work

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key part in our intake team, managing the flow of materials from suppliers to our production site. Your responsibilities will include:

- Updating consignment details and tracking progress, addressing any delays or issues with suppliers.
- Coordinating deliveries to ensure timely receipt and collaborating with logistics and production teams.
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams, providing updates on delivery status.
- Maintaining records and reports on deliveries, inventory, and performance.
- Resolving delivery issues and escalating problems when necessary.

You will work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure raw materials arrive on time and meet production schedules.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Supply Chain Coordinator will have previous experience in the supply chain, logistics, or a similar administrative role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). You will need to be detail-oriented, proactive in solving problems, and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

An understanding of consignment tracking and logistics operations would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
