- Preparing and processing product sample requests to meet daily production targets.
- Carrying out slip cutting and special shape preparation at docks.
- Coordinating orders of third-party materials and managing stock levels.
- Handling the correct packing and shipment of finished sample panels and marketing materials.
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation related to production.
- Supporting the storage and organisation of exhibition stands and displays.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE and internal quality procedures.
- Communicating regularly with the internal sales team regarding sample requests and logistics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse support role.
- Valid RTITB Forklift Counterbalance Certificate is ideal.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and order processing tools.
- Ability to work systematically, follow procedures, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
