About the Role

As part of a welcoming and supportive team, you will play a vital role in fostering children’s learning and growth. Whether you are a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner, an Apprentice, or an Unqualified Nursery Nurse eager to begin your career, there is an opportunity for you. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is desirable but not essential for apprentices and unqualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS guidelines.

  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual development is supported.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.

  • Work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Qualified candidates: Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification (or equivalent).

  • Apprentices & Unqualified candidates: A keen interest in childcare and a willingness to learn.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices (training provided).

  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.

  • A caring, nurturing, and positive attitude.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
