Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse ( RMN ) for their brand new PICU ward for male adults based in West Sussex.

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse / Senior Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will ensure adults within the service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.


Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse /Senior Mental Health Nurse ( RMN )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 2 years of mental health / PICU, acute, forensic, low - high secure / NHS or private experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
