Summary
We are recruiting a Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse ( RMN / RNLD ) for a brand new PICU ward for male adults based in Hassocks, West Sussex.

As a qualified Senior Nurse / Deputy Ward Manager ( RMN / RNLD ) you will ensure adults within the service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN / RNLD )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 2 years of mental health / PICU , acute , forensic , low - high secure , inpatient , rehabilitation / NHS or private experience ( working as a nurse ) 
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
