JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturerin the local area and we're looking to add an experiencedWorkshop Technician to the team.

The position comes due to a consistentintake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced Workshop Technician.. see below for adetaileddescriptionof the role packageand specifications of the Technician.

The SuccessfulWorkshop Technician- Requirements:

  • Experience Stripping and Building engines and transmissions
  • Mechanical and Electrical analytical and diagnostic skills with a minimum of 3 years working in a mechanical and engineering environment with hands-on experience with engines and transmissions(Desirable)
  • Technically competent across a broad range of large diesel engines and transmissions and a working knowledge and capability of tooling and diagnostic equipment (Desirable)
  • Experience working on Deisel Generators and/or MOD Vehicle engines (Desirable)
  • Desire to be developed and trained
