Long Term Futures is working with a well-regarded school in South Normanton that educates around 806 students and was recently rated 'Good' by Ofsted. They are seeking reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors to step in and maintain a structured and engaging learning environment when teachers are absent.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who are passionate about supporting students and ensuring continuity in learning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies and procedures.
* Encourage independent learning, assisting students with any queries they may have.
* Adapt to different subjects throughout the school day, ensuring a smooth learning experience for all students.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff, reporting on student engagement and any classroom issues.

* A degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for graduates looking for classroom experience).
* Experience working in education, tutoring, coaching, youth work, or similar roles.
* Strong leadership and behaviour management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
