Legal Cashier
Exeter, Permanent, Full-Time hours, 28 days’ annual leave, competitive salary (DOE), pension scheme.
We are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a well-established law firm in the centre of Exeter. who can hit the ground running in a bsy Team, are you ready for your next challenge?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily reconciliation of all client bank accounts.
- Administration of all client ledger related transactions ensuring SARS compliance throughout.
- Daily processing of CHAPS, BACS and Faster Payments.
- Assisting Fee Earners and Secretaries with client ledger reconciliation issues.Â
- Preparation of monthly combined client reconciliation for sign off by Finance Partner.
- Administration of client interest calculations as required.
- Administration of replies to weekly costs transfer report.
As a great Legal Cashier you will have:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A great attention to detail adn high level of accuracy
- Understanding of confidentiality.
- Proven experience within a legal finance role
