• Negotiable Salary:  £20.93 - £21.93 p/h per hour negotiable depending on experience  The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.

Our care home offers personalised elderly nursing care to vulnerable elderly people as well younger adults with physical disabilities,

We are looking for a Registered nurse  RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse.

Requirements :

• Full eligibility to work an live in the UK
• Previous leadership experience
• At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or working in a nursing home as a Registered Nurse

Job Role: 
Providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
