Our client is a privately owned, Merseyside-based construction company with an excellent reputation for delivering projects within predominately the public sector with particular emphasis on Health and Education schemes. Works include refurbishment, fit-out, facilities management, M and E and new build with projects ranging from 100k-3m.
They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on solar refurbishment and renewables projects across the Merseyside area.
As QS, your role will involve:
- Ensure project costings are met
- Reviewing and agreeing variations
- Managing claims and payments
- Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
- Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
- Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
- Agree final account, secure retention release
