Contract negotiation. Liaise with customers that won’t sign up to our T&Cs and ensure we are not signing up to unacceptable risks or onerous conditions etc. Agree with Operations prior to contract signature if deviating from our standard T&Cs

Procurement & Management of installation subcontractors,  monitoring progress, ensuring specification and legal compliance of all materials including suppliers goods.

Cost Management   Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Monitor and manage the costs through the project lifecycle, ensuring it stays within the agreed budget.

Valuation of Work  Measure and value the work completed on-site for payments to subcontractors.

Dispute avoidance – avoid and resolve disputes as early as possible such as payment issues or contract disputes.

Risk management   Identifying financial risks early on and suggesting ways to mitigate them, ensuring no risks are entered into that could jeopardise the contract or the business.

Cost Reporting  Provide regular financial updates and reports to stakeholders, offering clear insights into the project’s financial performance.

Final Accounts   Prepare and settle final accounts once the project has been completed, ensuring that all costs and payments are accounted for.
