- 18.22 LTD per hour inclusive of holiday pay
- 36 hours per week
- 8 Month Initial Contract with possibility of extension after this
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervised contact sessions for families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Facilitate positive interactions between family members while adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Support children and families with their specific needs, helping to strengthen family relationships.
- Record and report on interactions, providing accurate documentation for case reviews.
- Work collaboratively with social workers, managers, and other team members to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social care, family support, or a related field (qualifications not required, but experience is essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and families effectively.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage reports and case notes accurately.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and the ability to apply these principles during family sessions.
