I am currently recruiting for a large manufacturer based in the Hyde area who are keen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team.
The role is fully onsite with free staff parking and is offering a higher salary than the market average. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience in Purchase Ledger and be able to hit the ground running.
Duties include:
- Matching, checking, coding invoices and delivery notes.
- Working out VAT payments
- Making payments via BACS.
- Processing staff expenses
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing invoices on a credits within a paperless office environment.
- Managing petty cash
- Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
