A Chef de Partie is required for this attractive garden centre, tea rooms and farm shop set in the most idyllic and natural simplicity.
This well established garden centre is well known in the area for great food and variety of dishes on offer with all their exceptional produce sourced locally. Chefs can utilise our very own farm shop and butchery department for fresh ingredients transforming seasonal staples into culinary creations with a contemporary twist.
Lymefield is passionate about delicious flavoursome food and are looking for a skilled & creative Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed customers' expectations. Do not be fooled by our staple tea room menu as the daily specials we offer allow for us to boast the return visits from customers and this is the opportunity for an ambitious chef to showcase their work.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
Have the ability to create dishes from scratch
Be hard working and dedicated with experience in a professional fresh food kitchen.

Lymefield Garden Centre, Tea Rooms & Farm Shop is located in Broadbottom, SK14 6AG. This is serviced by train from the Manchester Piccadilly to Hadfield Lane but due to our rural location, we would ideally be looking for someone local to the area and/or has access to own transport as reliability is key for this role.
Candidates will have knowledge on health and hygiene with certification in place employing food safety and best practice.
