Client Relationship Executive

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Handling incoming client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses

Processing sales orders and ensuring they are delivered to clients in a timely manner

Collaborating with other teams, such as the sales team, to provide seamless service to clients

Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients

Monitoring client accounts and maintaining accurate client records

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or client relationship role

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in sales order processing systems
