What a brilliant role this is for someone in the local rea!

What this business is looking for is someone who wants to know everything about what a company does, operating as a well rounded sales support administrator completing the full end to end sales order processing, you're not sat behind a desk just churning orders through the system, it's so much more.

You'll be a person within the company, understanding and building relationships with customers and suppliers, understanding the how's, the why's and putting your own stamp on things.

They're a small business, they want someone who loves working for a smaller company who's happy to get stuck in, do a brew round, enjoy a chippy Friday, get involved with the office banter and everything in between.

Owned by a female Director who is great, she has high expectations and she works hard; she's fantastic, 100% backing you and wants you to see everything going on so will give you full exposure and training.

It's casual dress, if you want to head to work in your gym gear and go to the gym on lunch, perfect, if you enjoy a bit of banter and a really "everyone pulls together" type of culture - this is it.

If you have that drive and work ethic to really want to do well and take ownership of building a role to something incredible, they won't stand in your way, they'll support you in every stage and celebrate your wins with you as a real unit.

Ideal if you have experience in a similar role or sales order processing experience but what's so important is your drive, your personality and your ability to work in a multi-faceted role.

Bonus structure in place for all staff, potentially an extra £2,500 per annum on earnings, usual hours are 9-5pm, however they do offer flex around family commitments, they just "get it"
