As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations of a medium sized nursing home
- Managing staff and ensuring high standards of care
- Budget management and financial planning
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Liaising with residents' families and healthcare professionals
The Nursing Home Manager package includes:
- Annual salary of £60,000-65,000
- KPI bonus up to 10% OTE £70,000 +
- Holiday pay

- Relevant nursing qualification is preferred but not essential (RGN/RMN)
- Background working in a managerial role within a care home setting
- Evidence of good and Outstanding CQC inspections
- Atleast 2+ years experience in a Home Manager l within the elderly care sector
