The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

Relevant nursing qualification is preferred but not essential (RGN/RMN)
Background working in a managerial role within a care home setting
Evidence of good and Outstanding CQC inspections
Atleast 2+ years experience in a Home Manager l within the elderly care sector
