The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in construction and relevant expertise in various contracting methods, including Conquest, JCT, or NEC. • Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of methods such as Conquest, JCT, or NEC.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
