On behalf of our client, specialists in the education sector, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Support Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting senior management with HR, recruitment, and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leaders with staffing issues and ensure safer recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on employment matters such as absence management, grievances, and performance.
  • Lead on staff wellbeing strategy, providing pastoral support and helping to meet key wellbeing objectives.
  • Generate clear and concise reports using IT systems to support data-driven decision-making.
