I am looking to recruit a Quality Manager for a leading client of mine within the Manufacturing sector.
Duties;
- Team leadership
- Recruitment and training of team
- Continuation / retention of approvals -EN9100,ISO9001, ISO14001, and customer/OEM approvals.
- Lead Internal / External / Supplier audits
- KPI responsibility
- Continuous improvement work
- Quality checks and approval at the customer enquiry stage.
- NPI Work
- Quality control training, standard quality-controlled management of the Skills Matrix to ensure all our staff are operating safely, effectively and efficiently.
- Monitoring Quality processes to ensure efficiency.
- Manage the QC/QA Process Confirmation action tracker.
Key Skills Required;
- Experience in quality management
- A good understanding of engineering processes and specifications
- Team management
- Experienced improving Quality
- Customer Facing
- IT literate, in particular SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Commercially and strategically aware
