Description

Manage and update inventory systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth supply of materials and products.
Conduct regular inventory audits and report findings.
Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
Address and resolve any inventory related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain team to ensure stock levels meet demand.
Assist in preparing and planning for stock takes.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Profile

A successful Inventory Coordinator should have:

A strong understanding and experience in inventory management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.
Sound knowledge of supply chain processes.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with different departments.
Problem-solving skills to address inventory issues.
