Due to company growth, Mpeople have a fantastic opportunity available for experienced Sheet Metal workers to join the team of our well-established client based in the Tameside area. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis.
Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates will be required to undergo 3 years of references and a DBS check.
- Role: Sheet Metal Worker
- Location:Â Hyde
- Hours:Â 8am to 5pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Compressed hours available.
Duties as Sheet Metal Worker will include but not be limited to:
- Taking part in the manufacturing process
- Fabricate sheet metal products
- Key process include; rubber press, hand form and profiling parts
- Working from technical drawings
- Operate various hand and power tools
- Following in house processes
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience within a sheet metal role is essential
- Time served and with City and Guilds or equivalent
- Ability to work from technical drawings
