Career Teachers are on the lookout for a committed and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive team in Hyde, Greater Manchester. This role is available for an immediate start on a permanent, full-time basis. It's an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, contributing to a positive learning environment and making a meaningful difference in children's education.

Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across KS2
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to students who may need additional help with their learning
  • Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Contributing to the planning and preparation of learning activities and materials
  • Helping monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
  • Promoting the social and emotional well-being of all pupils

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have:

  • Have prior experience working with primary-aged children
