Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our clients team. You will play a vital role in the daily well-being of our service users, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children and young people in their daily activities and routines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have PMVA or a form restraint, breakaway or CPI training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Previous experience in a support role
  • A commitment to promoting the welfare and development of service users.
