Job Title: Support Worker

Role Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our clients team. You will play a vital role in the daily well-being of our service users, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children and young people in their daily activities and routines.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional and physical well-being.
- Planning and participating in activities and social events to encourage positive social interactions and personal development.
- Building trusting relationships with service users to help them feel secure and valued.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our service users.
What Were Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- Must have PMVA or a form restraint, breakaway or CPI training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in a support role
- A commitment to promoting the welfare and development of service users.
