About Us

We are a dedicated mental health service offering 24-hour supported housing and community-based support. Our approach is centered around recovery, providing a safe and supportive environment for people experiencing mental health challenges. Our services include outreach, tenancy support, peer support, and accommodation for individuals aged 18 and over, all aimed at helping people reconnect with their communities and rebuild their lives.

The Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will:

  • Offer gentle guidance and encouragement to help individuals maintain their tenancy and independence.
  • Work closely with clients to develop individualized support plans, focusing on their unique goals and aspirations.
  • Help people build key skills, such as domestic and financial management, that will empower them to live independently.
  • Support access to work, education, and social activities, helping clients discover new opportunities for growth and fulfillment.


About You

No previous experience is required-full training will be provided. However, we greatly value any understanding of mental health issues, or lived experience, that you may bring.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Caring and empathetic, with a deep desire to help others on their recovery journey.
  • Patient and understanding, able to offer support with a calm and reassuring presence.
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as within a collaborative team.
  • Willing to participate in a weekly rota system, including on-call duties.
