The Waterfront Restaurant in Hythe, is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. The right candidate will bring with them a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for fresh food. The role is full of variety and is very much an integral part of the team here at The Waterfront.
We require someone that has the following qualities:
- A passion for fresh food
- Ability to work under pressure within a small team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to develop the team around you
- Ability to manage stock rotation and ordering
- Ability to manage costs and ensuring the Food GP% is achieved
- Ensure the Kitchen is clean and well maintained meeting all food, health and safety standards
We are requiring someone that has a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef. We would also consider strong Chef de Parties that are looking for that next step up.

Pay: From £31,200.00 per year
