Full time hours, Monday to Friday (39 hour week)

We are currently recruiting for a driven and reliable Machine Operative(CNC Operator) for our client based in South Kent, Hythe, this role will be temporary to permanent with an immediate start!

For this position we are looking for a candidate with experience working within a hands-on role who has an excellent work ethic and is looking for a new challenge! Although experience using CNC machines is desirable it is not an essential to be considered for this role as full training will be provided.

Duties for this position includes but are not limited to:

  • Using appropriate machinery within the factory (CNC)
  • Loading materials onto the appropriate machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance
  • Meeting quality standards and adhering to given deadlines
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Any other duties required

The successful candidate for this position will have/ be:

  • Full clean driving licence (Desirable not essential)
  • Experience using CNC machines (Desirable not essential)
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Previous experience working within a hands-on role (warehouse or factory)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Self-motivated and good organisational skills
