This is a rare opportunity for a results-orientated, hard-working individual with excellent telephone manner and organisational skills to join a rapidly growing and high-impact IFA business. Due to our client’s ongoing success, they have an opportunity for an experienced mortgage specialist to join their newly opened office in Hythe, Kent.

Specific Responsibilities:

You will help to develop business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. Additionally, you will help to ensure clients better understand the full potential of the products and convert leads provided by the group. You will also be responsible for collaborating with different departments across the firm to enhance customer satisfaction. As such you will:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients· Build trust by ensuring the company follows agreed compliance and company processes· Manage your diary to client expectations and needs· Own and drive specific customer requirements forward, ensuring a timely response and service levels are adhered to across the business ensuring actions are followed up as appropriate· Helping find each customer the right products to suit their personal and business needs.

What we are looking for:

Our client has consistently grown year on year and is now looking for someone to join the business with the same passion for excellence as the rest of the team. They are seeking someone that can has:

· Track record of delivering for Portfolio Landlords and able to solve complex client needs· Must have experience with BTL Market, Portfolio landlords, Commercial finance.· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in whole of market mortgage broking· Strong BTL, HMO knowledge with problem solving skills· Experience of using and managing case management systems· A Desire to succeed and achieve targets/KPI's.· The ability to work independently and being a strong team-player· The ability to work in a fast-moving environment· An excellent telephone manner for incoming and outgoing calls· Experience of using mortgage sourcing systems such as Trigold and is proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Desired skills

· Show passion in delivering high quality work for all clients and other members of the team· Knowledge of running stress tests on portfolios· Must have a keen eye for detail· CeMAP Diploma· Experience with dealing with High-net-worth clients· Experience working alongside Chartered Financial Planners
