Package: £40k-£45k + Annual bonus + Mileage

Harry at Amber Mace is working with a well-established Care Home provider across the South East. Due to internal promotion they are now looking for a Quality Manager to play a pivotal part in maintaining the current high standards across the homes and the gradual improvement of the overall company.

This is a company with resources available to make the necessary changes to allow you and the team to achieve Outstanding ratings and achievements across their homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Home Manager (with a RGN Pin) looking to step into a quality management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the highest standards of care within the care home.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and compliance in all areas of care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Provide leadership and support to care home staff.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of care services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid NMC / RGN Pin.
  • Extensive experience in care home management.
  • Exceptional knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Proven auditing experience within care homes.
  • Full, clean driving license.- Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Car Driver and able to travel across the homes in the South East.
