Job Title: Quality Manager - Care Home
Location: Hythe
Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time
Hours: Monday- Friday, 9-5
Package: £40k-£45k + Annual bonus + Mileage
Harry at Amber Mace is working with a well-established Care Home provider across the South East. Due to internal promotion they are now looking for a Quality Manager to play a pivotal part in maintaining the current high standards across the homes and the gradual improvement of the overall company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Home Manager (with a RGN Pin) looking to step into a quality management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the highest standards of care within the care home.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and compliance in all areas of care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Provide leadership and support to care home staff.
- Monitor and report on the performance of care services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid NMC / RGN Pin.
- Extensive experience in care home management.
- Exceptional knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Proven auditing experience within care homes.
- Full, clean driving license.- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Car Driver and able to travel across the homes in the South East.
