Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting vacancies and securing proper approval to hire
  • Writing engaging job advertisements
  • Sourcing high-calibre candidates through various channels
  • Supporting with CV screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
  • Providing weekly and monthly recruitment reports
  • Managing our central inboxes
  • Contributing to resourcing team projects

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
