Position: Temporary HR Administrator/Coordinator Hybrid

Location: North Leicester

Salary: £12.82 - £13.84 per hour

Duration: Immediate start, 4 weeks minimum

The professional services team at SF Recruitment is seeking a highly capable and motivated HR Administrator/Coordinator to join an established client based in North Leicestershire. In this role, you will be a crucial member of the HR team, providing support to over 2,000 employees across the UK. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions, including administration, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and service delivery.

Key Duties:

  • Ensure HR records and procedures are up-to-date throughout the entire employee life cycle.
  • Administer and coordinate with payroll for joiners, leavers, and employee changes.
  • Collect and analyse feedback, including exit interviews, to continuously improve processes and ensure an exceptional employee experience from onboarding to exit.
  • Update and maintain databases and records, including managing sickness and maternity leave data.
  • Ensure all HR files are maintained in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
  • Complete right-to-work checks in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Generate training reports as required.

Experience Required:

  • Possess a passion for delivering first-class customer service to line managers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and sound judgement.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, building strong working relationships.
  • Exhibit a good understanding of and interest in employment legislation and company policies.
  • Be process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Possess strong IT skills.
