What’s the role?As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for managing procurement across a diverse portfolio of categories, with opportunties to work on both indirect and direct spends. You’ll report to the Category Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, and build resilient supply chains.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Developing sourcing strategies. 
  • Building strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues.
  • Tracking and reporting on spend, cost savings, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement procurement improvements.
  • Driving sustainability and embedding responsible sourcing practices into strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in procurement, with a focus on achieving cost savings and optimising supplier performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence in presenting data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and excel. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
