We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in finance. You'll play a key role in managing financial records, reporting, and analysis, with ample opportunity for development and progression within the company. Key Duties:-
* Perform month-end close, ensuring all deadlines are met
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
* Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals and prepayments
* Daily monitoring of Group's cash position & weekly preparation of cash flow.
* Support the preparation of phasing of the cash flow budget.
* Other ad hoc cash duties e.g. banking and making urgent payments on request.
* Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
* Quarterly/Monthly EU VAT returns
