Role Responsibilities- Produce and review management accounts, primarily using Xero
- Draft insightful commentary on management accounts, highlighting key business trends
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, monitor cashflow, and prepare VAT returns
- Assist in setting up financial procedures for new companies and address client queries
- Liaise with clients and the outsourcing payroll team to ensure smooth operations
- Preparation of small to medium-sized company accounts and simple corporation tax returns
- Engage directly with clients to resolve queries and manage bespoke tax and accounting projects
- AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA, or qualified by experience
- Proficiency in Xero and Excel, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and management accounts
- Experience in outsourced accounting, including bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts, is desirable
- Familiarity with IRIS accounts production, Silverfin, Quickbooks, Hubdoc, Sage, Dext, and Expensify is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A passion for progression and a drive to further learn from the team
