Duties will include:* Using the in-house system (SAP and Maximo)* Updating FC Results * Microsoft Software - Excel Spreadsheets* Database work* Liaise with depot engineers and technicians if any errors are reported and put into place key processes / templates. * Checking the documents are all signed and chasing up any adjustmentsPerson Profile/Experience:* Excellent communications skills, capable of dealing with all levels of the organisation and Customers. * Must be an effective team player, with the ability to work individually.* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.* Maximo experience would be an advantage.* Will require very strong IT skills and the ability to interpret and act upon available data.* Must be strong in MS Office packages and ideally have experience in SAP.* Flexibility in terms of types of work, locations and hoursIdeal Candidate:* SAP experience is desirable * Competent in excel/word software packages* Good organisational and communication skills* The ability to prioritise tasks* The ability to work within tight deadlines and targets* Excellent team working capability* Technical Understanding of Rolling Stock or Rail Industry advantageous but not required - or experience of undertaking such a role in engineering, construction and or manufacturing environment.
