Your Responsibilities:- Supervise and inspire concierge teams across several key sites.
- Ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.
- Generate ideas and organize new events to engage residents.
- Assist the Operations Manager in conducting regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections.

- Working hours: Vary between 7 AM 7 PM and 8 AM 8 PM, following a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
- At least one year of experience as a Residential Duty Manager in a residential property.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Due to the nature of the role, Mandarin speakers are preferred.
