We here at Parker Smith Inclusion are working with an inspiring all-through special school for children with SEMH and/or ASC in the London Borough of Redbridge that are seeking a ASC Teacher to teach a small class of Year 1, 2 and 3 children. They pride themselves on being inclusive and building strong relationships with the children. They embrace and understand that everyone is unique and their curriculum supports that. They have a deep understanding that the wellbeing of their students is of the upmost importance, therefore have a therapeutic and nurturing approach to their teaching. They offer art therapy and play therapy to students as a long term intervention to help support their development. The class sizes are small, no more than eight children per class.
