Our client is a well-established architectural firm based in Stratford, specialising in a diverse range of commercial projects, industrial, hospitality, and retail developments is now seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technician. Architectural Technologist Job Overview
- Manage building control queries and maintain organized project documentation
- Maintain architectural plans, specifications, and survey notes systematically
- Conduct site inspections and assess project progress
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit
- At least 3 years of experience within commercial sectors
- Highly organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of BREEAM is desirable
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £50,000 salary (D.O.E.)
- Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
