Projects include: residential, education, commercial, mixed-use up to 50million in value.

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + package

Design Manager responsibilities:

Oversee design team to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standard.
Work with clients to ensure their expectations are met and support them with requirements.
Ensure designs are of high quality and meet health & safety standards.
Keep up to date with building legislation and codes of practice.
