Basic Salary £28,350 to £31,500

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Audiologist to join our client's team. If you're looking for an audiological role that is more than just hearing aids, this could be the opportunity for you.
Salary:
- Basic salary ranges from £28,350 to £31,500 (for graduates to those with 4 years of experience).
- Additional salary increments based on specific skills:
- Master's degree: +£3,150
- Micro suction certification: +£1,050
- Vestibular lead DX : +£2,100
- Vestibular rehab: +£2,100
- APD lead: +£2,100
- Paediatric lead: +£4,200
- Tinnitus therapy: +£2,100
- Sales qualification: +£1,050
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and other specialised tests.
- Diagnose and manage hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages.
- Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Provide counselling and rehabilitation services to patients and their families.
- Perform tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and other middle ear assessments.
- Conduct vestibular evaluations and balance assessments.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Work Locations:
Ideally, you would work across two sites: Westcliff-on-Sea and Havering.
Requirements:
- Degree or MSc in Audiology
- HCPC Registration
- Significant clinical experience in a similar setting.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
