Job Description

As an international Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth and expanding our company's presence in international markets. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with clients across different countries


Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Identifying potential markets, understanding local regulations, and analysing competitors to develop strategies for market entry.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Developing strategies to increase sales, generate revenue, and expand the company's footprint in international markets.

  • Partnerships and Alliances: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners, distributors, and clients in foreign markets.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating contracts with international clients and partners while ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Effectively managing communications across different cultural backgrounds and understanding the nuances of international business etiquette.


Job Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree (BA) or Master's Degree (MBA) in business administration, international business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, specifically Western European languages or East Asian language skills and cultural expertise

  • Industry-Specific Experience: 3 years minimum of experience in business development, sales, or international trade, with a proven track record of growing businesses in foreign markets.
