Randstad are recruiting for a Team Manager forn Social Workers to join Southwark Council for Children's in the Assessment & Intervention team. This full-time contract role has a fantastic pay rate of £44.50 per hour and offers flexible working schedules.

We are looking for a Team Manager to support 6 ASYEs in the Assessment and Intervention Service.

The role include the following:

- Providing the initial weekly and then moving to fortnightly case supervisions and reflective group sessions.
- Undertaking the direct observations
- individual mentoring, coaching, teaching and modelling good practice
- Undertaking group teaching and learning via workshops
- Completing the 3 months report.
- Supporting Team Managers in identifying and addressing learning and development needs of the ASYEs thus promoting a learning culture.
- The candidate will be a Practice Educator with recent experience of supporting ASYEs.
- Must also have experience of managing an Assessment Team.

Requirements:
- Social Work England Registered (SWE)
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
