Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. You are responsible for facilities administration as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the school facilities by reporting and managing maintenance issues. You will be responsible for documenting any repair needs, taking photos of damaged or faulty areas, and reporting these problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities administrator
  • Conduct daily checks of the school premises to identify any maintenance issues.
  • Report all maintenance issues promptly to the relevant departments or contractors.
  • Keep accurate records of all reported issues and repairs.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating minor repairs when needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a facilities role is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills for logging and reporting issues.
