Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Carpenter for a job opportunity covering domestic properties within North and East London.
This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.
Responsibilities of the Carpenter:
Completing planned and reactive buildng maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.
- Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
- Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Kitchen and Bathroom fitting in new and void properties
- Repairs to windows, doors and partitions
About you as the Carpenter:
- Carpentry or Woodwork trade certificates
- Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
