An exciting opportunity has arisen for Experienced Chef De Partie to join an expanding fresh food modern European fine dining restaurant within a luxury hotel company in the Canary Wharf areas. The restaurant offers great food with regular seasonal menu changes serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and A La Carte dining. The client and is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar upmarket fresh food restaurants or luxury hotels with experience at Chef De Partie & above level to join their team on a permanent basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for cooking with creative ingredients
  • A leader not a boss
  • Apart from preparing & creating great dishes, must understand catering for large scale events within the team
  • A creative flair
  • Managing the Demi & Commi Chefs
  • MUST have fresh food experience with a high quality restaurant or hotel
  • Working closely with the Exec Chef & Sous Chefs
  • Used to working in a quality high volume pressurised environments
  • Likes to train and develop others
  • Understands excellent cooking techniques
  • Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
  • Preparing high quality dishes and maintaining standards
  • Strong health & safety knowledge
  • A stable work history
